After our trip to Maui, I noticed some changes in myself that I wanted to bring into my every day… and here are the six things that I came up with. I have tried so many different goal-setting processes over the years, the combination of my achiever/perfectionist tendencies, big life vision and solid work ethic can really get me in the weeds sometimes. I end up feeling frustrated that it’s not happening fast enough, feeling burnt out because I took on too much or because I have an all-or-nothing attitude, and feeling like I am in scarcity-mode because I’m focused on the end result and NOT on enjoying the process and the growth.
